Damon, clearly impaired, was urging his wife to “walk home” while cops were slapping the cuffs on him, and finishes the video by saying “Blue Lives Matter,” a popular phrase among those who celebrate law enforcement.

“Hey bro, I’m a good f—ing guy, and I know people are trying to target me because I’m a Trump supporter,” Damon says.

Per body cam footage, the officer says that Damon’s car was swerving all over the road and hitting a curb. Both Damon and his wife didn’t seem overly cooperative with police.

Per TMZ, Damon’s blood alcohol content was .30, nearly four times the legal limit in the state of Florida (.08).

TMZ also reports that Damon pleaded not guilty to the charge and is scheduled for a May court day.
